The Annual General Meeting and award ceremony is held each year at the end of the season. As well as the usual AGM activities such as presenting the accounts and electing the committee it is a good opportunity for members to get together.
The AGM is also where the trophies and rosettes are presented for the various championships and classes that are held during the course of the year.
