Horses Inside Out is arranging a series of lectures, 'BE Prepared' this winter at Vale View Equestrian Centre.

These lectures are all designed for riders, trainers and therapists to think about riding and training from a different perspective.

Details of all the lectures, which are on Wednesdays at 7.30 pm, can be found on www.HorsesInsideOut.com but briefly they are:

• 11th November - Yogi Breisener - Preparing for a championship - The preparation of horse and rider.
• 9th December - Russell Guire - How understanding Biomechanics can help Prepare the Performance Horse.
• 13th January - Caroline Moore - B.E. Prepared - Tips for a successful season.
• 3rd February - Jennie Killilea - Sports Psychologist - A psychological Approach for riders.

The Lectures cost £15 in advance or you can attend all four for just £50. Refreshments will be provided.
