The March show which was held at Brooksby was another resounding success. We were up to capacity so it was another very long day for the organisers, thank you to Sandra Smith and Emma Beeston.

We have now decided to give everyone seven minutes per test this gives the judges a little bit more time and consequently gives the competitor more time in the warm up, as it has been decided to keep the warm up at Brooksby to a maximum of four people at any one time. With seven minutes per test this means that each competitor has twenty eight minutes in the warm up arena. This worked extremely well on Sunday and everyone seemed to have plenty of time.

The show managed to keep to time all day which kept everyone happy.

It is nice to see some of the competitors winning the Preliminary Open after having come up through the Restricted section. I'm sure this will happen in the Novice and Elementary too. It is good to see people having a go at the different levels.

Mr Dean the caterer was there, as always, not only do we appreciate him but he obviously appreciates us too. He has given us three trophies for the end of our season points. So our continued thanks must go to him.
